# 转账

## I. 功能简介

在ChainUp Custody钱包中，您可以选择内部钱包和外部地址进行转账操作。

为了确保资金安全和高效的审批，我们建议对有价值的币种或NFT添加[钱包高级策略](/user-guide/mpc-wallet/strategy/approval-flow.md)。

## II. 操作流程

**1. 进入转账页面**

在**APP**，Token支持左滑快速转账，也可以点击进入币种详情转账。NFT只支持点击进入详情后进行转账。

在**Web 页面**，您可以选择钱包后进行转账。

**2. 填写并确认转账信息**

您可以选择钱包，或输入特定地址进行转账，请注意，若您选择内部钱包转账，该钱包必须完成私钥备份。

交易将根据当前的[钱包转账策略](/user-guide/mpc-wallet/strategy/approval-flow.md)命中相关审批流，对应的审批员可以同意或拒绝该笔交易订单。

如果转账信息命中了钱包策略中的拒绝触发条件，则无法创建订单。

> 审批并签名节点：如果某审批人的同意动作正好满足节点阈值，该审批人将负责为交易设置矿工费并对交易进行真实的签名。

**3. 等待签名和交易确认**

审批通过后，订单需等待区块链处理。如果处理时间过长，可以通过提高订单的矿工费来加速交易。

一旦区块链确认，交易即完成。您可以在交易记录中查看交易详情。

## III. 常见问题

> **未备份私钥的工作站可以发起转账吗？**
>
> 不，为了资产安全，您需要完成私钥备份后才可进行转账。

> **如果我设置的矿工费不足，我可以在交易过程中增加吗？**
>
> 如果交易处理时间过长，可以尝试提高订单的矿工费来加速交易。但请注意，一旦交易已被区块链确认，就无法更改矿工费。

> **我可以取消某笔交易订单吗？**
>
> 如果交易状态为“审批中”，您可以采取以下两种方式撤回订单：
>
> * 由交易发起人主动撤回。
>
> * 联系 Custody 客服团队协助撤回该笔订单。
>
> 请注意，如果交易已经完成签名并上链，则无法取消订单。
