# 收款

## I. 功能简介

在ChainUp Custody工作站中，您可以接收token和NFT两种类型的资产。您可以在资产页选择币种或NFT来查看收款地址。

## II. 操作流程

**1. 选择接收的资产类型**

根据您的业务需求，选择接收Token或NFT到所选的钱包。

**2. 查看收款地址**

在**APP**，Token支持左滑快速查看收款地址，也可以点击进入币种详情查看收款地址。NFT只支持点击进入详情查看收款地址。

在**Web 页面**，您可以获取对应的收款二维码或复制地址进行收款。

> 资产安全提示：
>
> 1、可通过合约地址确认转账币种的真实性；
>
> 2、web3类型的钱包收款实时到账，资产类型的钱包收款需要达到确认数。

## III. 常见问题

> **为什么我无法发起某币种/NFT合集的收款？**
>
> 请确认以下几点：
>
> 1. 您是否已经开通了该币种/NFT合集的币种网络；
> 2. 您是否已关注了该币种/NFT合集。请注意，未关注的币种/NFT的信息会隐藏展示；
> 3. 该币种/NFT合集是否正在进行区块链升级。
>
> 如果您仍然无法进行收款，请联系在线客服寻求帮助。
